Service Description
From the warm exchanges at the church entrance to the uplifting worship experience and the powerful sermon, our skilled photographer will document the full spectrum of your worship journey. Our skilled photographer will skillfully capture the essence of your Sunday service. With an artful eye for detail and a commitment to preserving the sacred atmosphere, we ensure every moment is immortalized, creating a visual narrative that reflects the heart and spirit of your church community. Included: Pre-Session Consultation 2 hours of photography session. Photo editing and retouching. 100-120 photos delivered through your email in a digital photo album. The photographer captures the arrival of attendees, the welcoming, worship service, and sermon. Travel costs are calculated based on location and will be finalized during a pre-session consultation. *Please Note Baptist Designs only offer photography sessions within Oklahoma.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Scheduling: Clients must book sessions in advance to secure their preferred date and time. Sessions are subject to availability, and early booking is recommended. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm the session. Accepted payment methods include online payments, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a fee or loss of the booking deposit. Scope of Services: Services include professional videography and/or photography coverage as agreed upon in the booking. Any additional services requested during the session may incur additional charges. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing necessary information and instructions to ensure the smooth execution of the session. Timely arrival at the agreed-upon location is essential to maximize the session time. Privacy and Confidentiality: The privacy and confidentiality of clients and their subjects are paramount. Client information and media content captured during the session will be kept confidential and used only for agreed-upon purposes. Copyright and Usage Rights: All copyrights to the media content created during the session belong to the videographer/photographer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive non-exclusive usage rights for personal or promotional purposes, as outlined in the agreement. Delivery and Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for delivering edited photos or videos will be communicated to the client before or after the session. Quality Assurance: Every effort will be made to ensure the highest quality of videography and photography services. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to address any concerns or preferences during the session. Refund Policy: Refunds are offered per our cancellation policy, with requests submitted in writing to Baptistdesignsms@gmail.com. Terms of Service: Clients agree to adhere to our Baptist Designs policies, and terms and conditions, upon booking, with policy updates communicated via email.
